Practitioner Performance Advice would like to invite ethnic minority practitioners and also practitioners who qualified overseas who have had a case with the service to take part in some research to share their experiences.
The purpose of the research is to better understand ethnic minorities’ and overseas qualified practitioners’ experiences with Practitioner Performance Advice. The research will guide continuous improvement of the service and aim to improve how cases are managed, by interacting with practitioners in a more compassionate way and ensuring they feel heard, supported and understood. Practitioner Performance Advice also anticipate this research will generate learning to share with the wider healthcare system.
The research is being conducted independently by Opinion Research Services (ORS). The research will involve an interview of around one hour with a trained researcher online or by telephone. You will be offered the choice of a £40 e-voucher, or for ORS to make a charity donation of the same amount on your behalf, to thank you for your time and effort. To participate in the research or find out more, please email ORS at email@example.com.
ORS will not store any information that identifies you with your interview feedback. After the project ends, ORS will share the anonymised write-up of your interview with NHS Resolution, who may use the data in other research in future.
