I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the following:
1. Number of claims made for ‘failure/delay in diagnosis’ and/or ‘wrong diagnosis’ for prostate cancer for the following years and by NHS trust 2019-2020 to 2022-2023
2. Value of claims successfully closed or settled where the Primary Cause is failure/delay in diagnosis or wrong diagnosis.
