The following information was requested:
1. Settled obstetrics cases, CP/BD & non-CP/BD, by Trust to include average damages value & payments made. To cover the last 5 – 10 years if possible.
2. For obstetrics cases, do you have data to show what the damages costs were made up of? i.e. average value for property costs, equipment costs, care costs, medication costs etc. if so, could you provide this too and ideally also by trust.
