Please provide all information over the last 5 years of cases brought against the NHS for disability Discrimination. How many were filed, how many were settled if at all, and how many involved Autistic people, and the results for those.
Also provide a statistical breakdown of claims for Wilful Neglect and Hate crime, again taking account of disability, especially Autism, and whether in any case of any kind NHS acknowledged the victims and claimants were disabled.
