Can you please tell me the current annual insurance premium paid by the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust for inclusion in the CNST scheme? If this is divided into departments I would like to know the amount of the premium for maternity and neonatal care.
I would also be grateful if you could tell me how many birth-related compensation cases are outstanding for birth/maternal injuries at the OUH? We have been told 71 claims involving birth injuries were lodged between 2020 – 2025 and 32 of these have been settled. How many have been dismissed and how many are awaiting greed settlement?
