DAC Beachcroft welcome you to join this session with a number of industry experts looking at a variety of AI and technology issues arising in the healthcare context, including the following:
- Tom Scott, Commercial Director at Alcidion, who will talk about some of the AI and Medtech currently out there in the healthcare market and what there is to come in the future.
- Stuart Wallace, Senior Associate at DAC Beachcroft, who will look at Government published strategy and future thinking on AI / Medtech issues in the healthcare setting.
- Tom Lawton (MBE), Consultant Critical Care & Anaesthesia and Head of Clinical Artificial Intelligence at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who will talk about a MPS Foundation Study that he is currently leading on looking at different AI models and their potential impact in the clinical context.
- Chris Air, Partner at DAC Beachcroft, who will provide a brief overview of key legislation and regulatory guidance relating to use of AI, including UK Data Protection Law and the EU AI Act.
