About this event
Join us on 16 November 2022 when Helen Thackwray (Partner – Claims) will be in conversation with:
- Dr Katherine Barton – National Obstetric Fellow at NHS Resolution
- Professor Tim Draycott – Professor of Obstetrics, Senior Clinical Advisor at NHS Resolution and Vice President for Clinical Quality at the Royal College of Obstetricians and
- Charlotte Rathbone – Partner – Capsticks Claims
This forum will be exploring NHS Resolution’s recently published second report on “The evolution of the Early Notification Scheme” a copy of which can be found here.
We will be looking at what learning was identified and the alignment with findings in the Ockenden Report and other existing Maternity transformation programmes. This will include consideration of NHS Resolution’s local recommendations for change and the impact it is hoped they will have on both day to day clinical practice and claims.
Register now to be part of an engaging and lively conversation with opportunity to put questions directly to the panel (1hr).
There will also be an opportunity to share with local colleagues your own experiences in regional breakout rooms alongside our clinical law experts (30 mins).
This webinar will be of interest to all those involved in delivering Maternity Services in NHS Trusts as well as Claims Managers, Legal Services, Department Heads and Directors in NHS Trusts.
