Join Capsticks at their forthcoming Clinical risk forum on 22 April. This will be a one-hour webinar especially for NHS trusts, focusing on the issues affecting our clients.
Charlotte Rathbone (legal director) and Nadine Mansell (senior solicitor) will provide a practical overview of disclosure issues including in clinical negligence claims and requests for information under both the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
After the presentation, the session will be split into breakout rooms to cover regional issues in claims and inquests, hosted by Charlotte Rathbone (Birmingham), associate Ruth Day (Leeds) and partner Rebecca Richardson (London), along with our advisory teams. There will be also an opportunity for attendees to discuss any pertinent issues they are currently facing locally with their colleagues and our legal experts.
