Join Hill Dickinson LLP for the first of a series of webinars aimed at prison Heads of Healthcare/Senior Managers on giving evidence at death in prison custody inquests. This first webinar will provide an introduction to inquests relating to deaths in prison custody, how these are conducted and differ from most inquests, and the different types of evidence.
This session will also specially look at lesson learning evidence, where Heads of Healthcare/Senior Managers are often asked to cover this at inquest. There will also be an opportunity at the end of the webinar to ask any questions.
