Alex Crowe, Deputy Director of Safety & Learning at NHS Resolution, will discuss NHS Resolution’s recent thematic review of Emergency Department claims and how a recommendation register can be used to provide a unique learning resource to enhance safety and patient experience, making it easier for clinicians to do the right thing.
