About this event
This is the first in a three-part series exploring mental health care across the system – starting with crisis and emergency departments.
This session will spotlight crisis and emergency department services, with a focus on:
- Reducing wait times
- Enhancing staff experience
- Supporting teams facing unique challenges in ED
You will hear from NHS England, Getting It Right the First Time (GIRFT), Legal experts, Clinical leaders in quality improvements, and a lived experience ambassador.
We will invite members to present and share practical insights on improving safety, enabling learning and collaboration across the national network. At the end of each session, we will invite attendees to suggest potential topics for future networking forums.
This collaborative national event is open to trust legal, governance, patient safety specialists and clinical teams, providing a platform to ask questions, raise concerns, and share learning at a national level.
