Shared Insights – Update on the Early Notification Scheme, the role of HSIB and follow up discussion on the Ockenden Report
In this session there will be a discussion on the changes made to improve and streamline the investigation process for cases under the Early Notification Scheme (which came into effect from 1 April 2021) and the role of HSIB in these investigations. There will also be an opportunity to have a further discussion and share the work being undertaken by maternity units to implement the Ockenden report recommendations.
