Considering NHS Resolution’s report into year one of CNSGP claims
NHS Resolution have now published their review of the first year of the Clinical Negligence Indemnity Scheme for General Practice (CNSGP). The report aims to understand the causes of claims in general practice and looks at whether there are any common themes.
Healthcare litigation partners Stephen Maratos and Patricia Roe, joined by members of NHS Resolution’s National Safety and Learning team, will be hosting a webinar to discuss the report in more detail and considering general practice clinical negligence claims.
