Can you please tell me the number of claims made to NHS Resolution where NHS staff were assaulted at work? (broken down by each trust)
How many of the claims were settled with damages pay outs?
How much was paid out in total by each trust in relation to the settled cases and the damages?
Once again can you please break this down – naming the individual trusts?
