I noticed that NHS Resolution answered a freedom of information request last month about compensation claims over the past five years, ref. FOI_7377.
Would it be possible for you to provide me with a version of Table 2 from that response, which covers only the past three financial years? That would be 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25?
That table covers the number of claims and incidents received where any cause is ‘assault’ and liability type is ’employers liability’, broken down by trust.
