The following information was requested:

I am emailing under the Freedom of Information Act to request information regarding claims you have received over the last 5 financial years (together), and for the last financial year (2022/23), segmented in 2 different ways.

1. Number of claims settled, number of claims that received payment and the total payment for those for each NHS trust, in selected specialties (as per your specialty codes) per trust, and selected cause codes (as per your cause codes) per specialty.

2. Number of claims settled, number of claims that received a payment and the total payment for those for each NHS trust, in selected specialties (as per your list) per trust, and selected injury codes (as per your codes) per specialty.
