This is a follow up on FOI_7518.
I am writing to request the same information disclosed by NHSR as part of FOI ref: FOI_7518,
for the following:
- Obstetrics cases involving cerebral palsy or brain damage
- Paediatrics
- The Existing Liabilities Scheme for General Practice,
- The Clinical Negligence Scheme for Coronavirus;
- Psychiatry/mental health
For all of the above, please provide me with the data disclosed in FOI_7518, in the same format. That includes:
i. The total number of claims settled each year between 2019 to 2025.
ii. The total costs paid as part of the settlements, including damages, claimant and defendant
legal costs, compensation, and any other costs covered by the NHS/NHSR. Please also break
this data down by year.
