Please breakdown how much the Maternity departments at the Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Board has paid out in compensation / clinical negligence for birth injuries payouts and legal fees in each of the last five years. Please break this down by hospital within the trust.
Also, please breakdown the number of clinical negligence cases for birth injuries at each hospital within Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, filed over the last 5 years, including ongoing and closed cases.

May I ask if the tabs about Obstetrics include claims for events during pregnancy or if the claims are birth claims?
Also, I am aware that not all hospitals offer midwife services, and these are shown in the sheets given. However, are the claims made in these hospitals on the Obstetrics tabs still in regards to
pregnancy/birth injuries?
