1. A list of incidents in which damages were paid to a claimant following an issue involving negligence in the maternity department of Mid and South Essex NHS Trust hospitals since January 1, 2022.
2. For each of the above (1), please provide a summary of the complaint/request for damages, how much was requested, how much was paid out, the hospital the issue involves and the outcome
