One of the ways of raising awareness of the risks associated with medicines use is to look at the cost of claims when things go wrong. With that in mind, we would like if possible to know what the total annual costs are of claims where a medicine has been implicated in a resolution our region [North East North Cumbria (NENC) & North East & Yorkshire].
