We would like to request data on all litigation claims made related to our specialty of ENT (or
otolaryngology) surgery to the NHS Resolution (or previously to the Litigation Authority) from fiscal year 2014 to 2024, covering all locations and cases and their outcomes.

By location, we mean both the Trust (if possible) and the region please. (…)
By reason, we mean that we would like to see a breakdown of claims both by cause and by
injury please.
