This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, relating to compensation pay-outs for sexual misconduct complaints made against NHS staff. Sexual misconduct includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate comments; inappropriate touching, sexual harassment, sexual assault, indecent exposure, and rape.
