I would like to know the number of clinical negligence cases
(a) claimed and
(b) upheld to be in favour of the claimant’s argument concerning synthetic mesh for repair of hernia or abdominal wall reconstruction, in the financial year 2018-19.
If possible, please provide the answers for each devolved authority (i.e. England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) or otherwise state the territory to which the data apply.
