Please can you send me a list of the highest spending 10 NHS trusts that have had the highest clinical negligence payments to members of the public (and detail the amount paid out) for the
following years:
2014-15
2015-16
2016-17
2017-18
2018-19
Please separate total payments made as a result of patients dying for each trust in the list of 10 every year.
I.e. Barts was 63m last year, but 3.3m was for 14 deaths. I would like this detail for each of the 10 trusts for each of the years requested.
