Regarding – FOI_5163

Failure/Delay Diagnosis & Fail delay/treatment account for majority of claims (both tables).

Is it possible to give a breakdown for these claims regarding the limb involved (e.g. elbow, wrist, ankle), age ranges of the patients, Trusts involved, department (Emergency, ward, theatre) where issue occurred and category of delay in diagnosis/treatment?
