The following information was requested:
Total sum of damages paid and legal costs incurred (both Claimant & Resolution) due to Unlawful Detention – Mntl Hlth. I beleive this will fall under the speciality Psychiatry/ Mental Health. It is unclear which if any Injury code applies.
I would be grateful of numbers for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
If a breakdown by NHS Trust is achievable this too would be much appreciated.
