These Standing Orders form part of the governance framework for NHS Resolution, which include the Framework Agreement between the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS Resolution as well as the Standing Financial Instructions (SFI’s). They aim to protect NHS Resolution’s interests and protect officers from possible accusation that they have acted less than properly.
