Primary Care Appeals decisions

We publish up to three years’ worth of decisions on appeals and disputes here.

Please note that in order to find a relevant decision for a particular application type users should enter specific wording rather than the regulation number.  For example “Current Need” for regulation 13 or “Unforeseen Benefit” for regulation 18.

If you would like to see any of the past decisions that are not available on the website, please email us at appeals@resolution.nhs.uk
