Please note that in order to find a relevant decision for a particular application type users should enter specific wording rather than the regulation number.  For example “Current Need” for regulation 13 or “Unforeseen Benefit” for regulation 18.

A Breach Notice dated 7 May 2026 was sent to Boots UK Ltd (“the Appellant”) in respect of 29 High Street, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, LN12 1AF.

APL-4511 (SHA/27041) Appeal against directed opening

Function: Pharmaceutical (under 2012 & 2013 regulations) ICS/ICBS Region: Midlands

Decision making body: NHS England/ICB Pharmaceutical contractor (entry): PCT Healthcare Ltd

Relying on Paragraph 25 of Schedule 4, the Commissioner has requested that the Appellant open from 10:00 to 12:00 on 31 August 2026 (Summer Bank Holiday).

SHA/27003: Appeal regarding pharmacy overpayments

The Appellant appealed the decision of NHS England to recover an overpayment relating to the New Medicine Service as part of the Pharmacy Quality Scheme.
