The Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme (LTPS) scheme rules provide a general description of the scheme, it’s scope of coverage, the benefits of the scheme and how contributions are managed.
Please note that with effect from 5 August 2026, the following exclusions in respect of clinical trials are deleted:
- Schedule 3, paragraph 3.11.3;
- Schedule 5, paragraph 2.17.
This means that the exclusions do not apply to injury or loss occurring on or after that date.
