2. The number of CES cases settled with damages paid.
3. The total damages in CES cases settled.
4. The number of CES cases settled with damages broken down by speciality and codes.
5. The number of CES cases settled at the Pre-Action stage.
6. The number of CES cases settled post-issue of proceedings but before trial.
7. The number of CES cases settled with damages paid following trial.
8. The total number of CES cases that were abandoned with no damages paid and any associated legal costs.
