1. For Acute NHS Trusts, the number and value of claims successfully settled which had a primary cause code of “Fail to warn – informed consent”.
2. For Acute NHS Trusts, the number and value of claims successfully settled which had “Fail to warn – informed consent” as a cause code, regardless of whether it was the primary cause or not.
