Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide the following information for the following years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23:
- The total number of claims within NHS maternity and obstetrics where the injury was caused by a delay in induction of labour.
- A breakdown of the claims by injury caused by delays of induction of labour.
- The proportion of all claims for Maternity and Obstetrics for each year that were caused by delays in induction of labour.
- The total number of claims and total amount of paid for injuries broken down by NHS Trust caused by delays in induction or labour.
