I am writing to request information regarding decisions made under Regulation 31 for applications based on unforeseen benefits.
I recently came across your contact information on the NHS website and noted that you invite individuals to enquire about past decisions that may not be available online. I am specifically interested in obtaining information on both successful and unsuccessful decisions made under Regulation 31 for applications related to unforeseen benefit.
Could you please provide me with details of the decisions, including the basis for the decisions and any relevant information that can be shared. I am particularly interested in understanding the criteria that were considered for success or failure in these cases. Additionally, if there are any documents or guidelines related to the decision-making process that could be shared, I
would greatly appreciate it.
My goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to a successful application under Regulation 31, as well as any insights into why some applications may not meet the criteria.
