In 2020- 2023 please list the number of successful claims that were awarded against the following NHS Trusts – that were a result of clinical negligence that resulted in either death or life changing injuries for persons under the age of 18. Please list the total expenditure for the value of these claims for each Trust for the same period- broken down into damages paid, NHS legal costs and claimant legal costs paid.
