Could you supply the number of claims made against the NHS in England and Wales for the last five years? Could this data include:
- Types of medical specialty and claims
- Number of claims settled for each cause of claim
- Number of claims settled for each type of injury
Could you supply the above information broken down by both hospital and NHS trust for each year for the last five full calendar years?
