Claimant legal costs for clinical negligence claims, broken down by the top 20 claimant firms, and the number of claims these costs relate to.
Could you now please provide the equivalent information for the financial year 2023/24.
Could you also please provide the total clinical negligence claimant legal costs figure for all claimant firms for the financial year 2023/24, and the number of claims these costs relate to. For all firms I am just after the total figure, not a breakdown for each firm.
