Following the 2020 decision by Lady Hale to allow for claims against the NHS for damages to cover the cost of commercial surrogacy abroad, please can you tell me – under FoI legislation – how much NHS Resolution has paid out in such damages awards for commercial surrogacy abroad since 2020?
