Having reviewed your annual report I have information about the overall claims related to radiology. However, I am wondering whether it is possible to get more granular detail to help assess what potential role innovative technologies/AI solutions could play in reducing this and improving patient outcomes and safety.

As suggested, can you please provide the following information ideally over a 5 year period financial years 2019-2024:
- Number of claims received for the specialty Radiology
- Number closed with nil damages paid
- Number closed with a damages payment and associated costs; breakdown by primary cause; breakdown by primary injury and by trust.
