Please provide the national average payments separately for damages and costs in respect of each clinical speciality over each of the last 5 years including the number of claims.
Please provide a breakdown of the average payments per trust.
Please also identify how many cases nationally are paid due to failure to gain sufficient evidence/failure to meet time to resolution requirements for each year (specifically looking at surgical cases if possible).
