This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I would like to request information in relation to national statistics on litigation claims and damages in relation to ‘pressure ulcers’ (“Code 97”).
Specifically, I request information on the number of claims received by the NHS and a breakdown of claims closed with no damages paid, those closed with a damages payment, and the associated costs over the time frame 2013/14 – 2023/24.
If possible, I would like a national overview of this data accompanied by a breakdown for each Trust.
