Join Hill Dickinson for the first of their three training webinars covering employers’ liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims.
Designed for NHS Trust Legal and Claims teams, these sessions will delve into the key information you need to know to ensure your claims process runs efficiently and with the requisite quality, leading to a better resolution for all parties involved.

- assessing liability, the legal elements needed to establish a claim and what is needed for a robust defence.
