Please can you provide me with
- the number of claims made for compensation for the NHS
- the number of claims that were made for sexual assault/sexual misconduct by a health professional
- the amount paid out per year for claims relating to sexual assault/sexual misconduct by a health professional claims relating to sexual assault/sexual misconduct by a health professional by organisation that the claim relates to (e.g. hospital)
If you do not capture that data, please still send what you have and just note you do not capture that.
I’d like the data by year for every year since 2015 or the earliest from when it is captured on your non-manual systems.
Please can you also tell me what data you capture about compensation claims and the system/software which you use to record these.
