For each of the last three financial years (22-23, 23-24, 24-25), please provide a list of all the claimant firms to have received money from the NHSLA in relation to claimant costs for the clinical negligence scheme (CNST). Please split each year into a separate workbook/tab.
For each of the firms please provide the following information:
- 1. Claimant Firm Name
- Nr of Claims
- Damages Paid
- Defence Costs Paid
- Claimant Costs Paid
- Total Paid
