Could you please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
1. Total damages payments for clinical CNST claims settled and/or closed with a damages payment or PPO (i.e. successful claims), broken down by different heads of loss (e.g. social care, accommodation, loss of earnings)
Please provide the above data for the following years: 2013/14 to 2023/24
2. In the absence of the above, any estimates and/ or analysis produced or held by NHSR which breaks down clinical negligence compensation awards by different heads of loss. For your reference, an analysis similar to this was included at page 17 of this report.
