I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the Maternity Incentive Scheme (MIS) compliance status for NHS Trusts in the last reported financial year. Specifically, I would like to request the following:
– A list of NHS Trusts that achieved full compliance with the MIS safety actions in the last reported financial year.
– A list of NHS Trusts that did not achieve full compliance, including the number of safety actions met by each non-compliant Trust.
– If available, a summary of the common reasons for non-compliance across Trusts.
– Confirmation of the financial year to which the data relates.
