We have looked through the data – please could you look again at the answers as they are not in line with the kind of disclosure requested. I’d be grateful for the following:
– Confirmation that all suppressed figures are higher than zero (I know you confirmed this with the original FOI I sent, but want to double confirm that is still the case with this latest set of data)
– A breakdown of costs and compensation payments by Trust as requested, or a full explanation as to why this disclosure is not being made so that I can formulate an appeal if necessary
– A further breakdown of the disclosed claims to differentiate between bodily harm and murder, or a full explanation as to why this disclosure is being withheld, to allow me to formulate an appeal if necessary
– Please could you also break down the number of claims by year, as requested. Or please provide an explanation as to why they been amalgamated into an overall figure.
