Please provide the following data for the subspeciality Obstetrics, broken down by each financial year according to the incident date and by each location (e.g. UCLH, Royal Free Hospital etc) from 2014/15 to 2024/5 inclusive.
I would like data relating to successful claims only please.
- The number of claims broken down by primary injury and then by primary cause
- The number of claims broken down by primary injury and then by the average damages paid.
- The number of claims broken down by primary cause and then by the average damages paid.
