This 1 hour session will cover the following:
- How disputes arise in patient care, whether that be with the patient, family or between clinical teams
- Issues specific to different types of patients, such as children, young people and adults who lack mental capacity
- The role of the patient and others in decision making
- Advice and tips for managing disputes when they arise, up to and including legal proceedings
