Jane joined the Practitioner Performance Advice service as an adviser in December 2025 and brings to the service over 20 years of experience working in senior HR Business Partner roles in a variety of NHS Trusts. Through her work, Jane has developed extensive expertise in applying the MHPS framework to complex practitioner performance cases.
Jane is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a BA, MSc, and a MA in Human Resource Management and has also obtained a postgraduate qualification in management studies.
Jane is committed to achieving early and effective resolution of concerns through a collaborative approach, ensuring proposed solutions are grounded in the principles of patient safety, fairness, and proportionality.
