I should like to have the contents of this email below answered as an FOI please. I have had no answer so far to this enquiry.
Request for detail on REF: SHA/26264 Appeal against NHS Decision by BOB ICB to grant an Application by CA-Health limited 25 October 2024.
In regard to this appeal report which I have dated 24 October I wish to ask for detail that is missing, namely:
The names and relevant details of the NHS Resolution appeal group. The end of the report just has the reference ‘ Case Manager Primary Care Appeals.’ There is no name given. Your web address reference for this report.
